  17. Sounds like the compression algorithm announcement posted on rec.humor.funny
  18. a while back--it could compress *any* amount of data, with *any* content,
  19. down to a single byte (or was it a single bit?).  Only problem was coming
  20. up with a *de*compression algorithm to go along with it....
